when the team spirit revolves around the task of the team, it will lead to effectiveness but when the team spirit revolves around their personal relationship, there will be no task effectiveness. for there to be a relationship between effectiveness and team spirit, the team's task should have a higher percentage than the team's relationship

i think its like a circle, when a team is effective, team moral and team spirit to perform excellent goes very high, resulting in another very effective delivery.

The more you will be clear in communication and caring for your team, the more you will be effective and surely if there is no effectiveness there is no team.
