Yes, I agree with the above statement as writers are the one who writes on the basis of observation of surrounding environment which leads to National Literature....Where as translators observe the international or universal matters for translation.

We don't create new ones like the writers, but making the literature go worldwide by switching the linguistic code is as good. So, I will agree.
