First and foremost, I would remind him/her that no matter what is the situation we are dealing with, we should always communicate politely with our colleagues and superiors. Moreover, I will try to find out the reason of this behavior and work on together to correct this manner.
first I'll stay calm and manage my temper. Second, if the person crossed the line of being rude I'd confess for him or her and try to solve the problem in a very democratic way. Third, if I couldn't help, I'll try to connect with people they might know that can help them.
At the end every body would act rude under stress and pressure, so everyone should think about the time when they acted rude.
at the end he is a human so study him good and monitor him so you can manage your self and take your decision

If your actions inspire your employees to dream more, learn more, do more and become more than they will never talk in a rude way. if they talk in a rude way then it means you are not a leader in true sense. I am leading EIConix IT technologies Company. I faced some issue from Employee sides but then i overcome these issue by my leader ship qualities.
I will try to find the reason that it is because of my behavior or my work or it is because the employee is habitual to behave like this.

I would like to show patience to them and have more friendly conversations with them to get to know what causes them being rude to me and will try to convince them that I am one of them.
First of all I must review my behavior with them, and how manage works.
maybe shortage in leadership, communication, information, may be they have not enough participation in decision making.
