Yes, very important. The tongue changes the images. Same word can have a different meaning to the other. Always search for a mutual and positive actions.

Extremely Important. Words should be polite, having you attitude clear and firm. You can make a sale just because of selection of good words or you can destroy your whole image made by years in an instant. Same goes for subordinates. They are your internal clients and for being a great team leader if you are a good communicator and a caring leader.

it is so important to respect others that reflect your personality attitude and who you are . you may order with strong tone but also you can ask
