What are the steps companies should take, to build better relations with their employees, so that their employees would never want to leave them?

Loyalty is a tough ground to touch with employees, as it's always based on a personal feature that employees be fond of. But in general, employees like benefits that make them special from other work forces. to name a few:

- More than average salaries 

- Health insurance plans 

- Discount packages 

- paid external training 

- flexible working environment 

- easy and fixed promotions

  1. Firstly, all departmental Managers shall be trained how  to make good employee relation and develop people
  2. Then Departmental Managers shall be advised to meet all the employees in a meeting to have feedback from the Employees.
  3. Departmental Managers shall be advised to draw up plan for skill development and motivation of all employees and submit to the CEO and HR Manager
  4. Departmental Manager and HR Manager shall follow /execute the approved skill development and motivational plan
  5. Lastly, six monthly and Annual evaluation review  shall be prepared in one to one basis(Departmental Manager and employee only)  in order to develop and motivate employees  
  6. Financial incentives as well non- financial incentives to be provided to the outstanding performers, and the process will continue.

It is very important to have a good employee and employer relation, so that employee are aware of concerns and care of employers, some of step to build more better are, salary appraisals or salary review, in house training, team building, different programs and employee of the month and a good accommodations and to have a briefing with them at least once a month so employees will stay more years with the company, regards...

Company should provide handbook as guide for the realization of vision, mission and goal of the company and the employees fair and good benefits , and build a family type relationship system so that the employees will have a sense of owning as partner of the business and will protect the company whatever it is and no matter what. Sense of owning is mostly crucial to each employee in fact they feel that they are part of the whole evolution of the company. Sense of owning means love the job because without this, there is no spirit of value of everything its merely a work because of salary and the value of caring to the business is actually nothing.Thus, no sense of owning will not perfectly reach the objective because it hinders the fast growth of the company. If the employees feel that that they are part of it, then employees will remains and stay in the company until then.
