Yes..!! The person should carry a smart and attractive body language. The lame walk and the lazy habits of a person should not be given any attention. The wrong body language may lead to embarrassment at the conferences or the presentations. So, make sure the candidate possesses a good an attractive body language. A lame person is never accepted or given an opportunity because every lame individual would rather find an excuse to rush away from the work rather than taking an initiative for the work.

Yes, because Body language has a huge effect on all of your personal interactions no matter where they occur or with whom they occur. And there is simply no way to fully separate non-verbal communication from influencing an interaction.

The answer is - Yes... Few points to support this answer:

- A positive body language always shows ones state of mind. Being a Sales person, it somewhere exhibits, confidence, understanding and to some extent maturity to handle tricky questions

- In front of customers, customer is not only analyzing what you are representing, but also how you are articulating using your body language, in other words - confidence in what you say?

- For customer service, a positive body language will exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to give solutions to customer issues/queries.

Yes!! In my opinion Body language is something which is your own definition in terms of how you speak, how you talk, how you wear, how you walk, its something that comes from inside. I have seen people all good in these features, but once they open there mouth to speak , you can see the hell out of them. so its something from inside that should reflect whoever the person may be. Every person has an intellect and a way to communicate , but with an intellect the proper way to communicate, the approach without using words is which i call as Body language.
