Very useful and practical question

Methods:

  1. use Ctrl++ then choose inter entire row.
  2. select number of entire rows using Ctrl+Space then expand the selection as you need then Ctrl++ that will add the same number of highlighted rows.
  3. the same with Columns.

We insert rows and columns in excel by pressing CTRL+ (+) key. On the other side we delete columns and rows by pressing CTRL + (-) keys. Please note that after pressing CTRL only Numeric side keys of (+) and (-) will work.
