Should customer service become a certified profession where you must earn a certification before you can do the job?

Of course it should be, or at least one should have qualifications that makes them adequate for this job. Customer service requires all sorts of communication skills. I think that if you naturally have those skills then you are qualified, and if you are not naturally born with this skill then you should at least have a background or the capability to start learning.

For me yes,because as per traditional interview certificates are the key foran employer to think where the interviewee arequalified in theirvacancy.
