In my view, skills and knowledge alone cannot define success. To be successful in any area, at any level we need to display certain leadership attributes, certain organizational values and lead by example for our teams. Also, not to forget, in any Company, having a wide network of people who know you and can comment on your abilities is vital. For that we need to maintian positive and health relationships with our teams, bosses and peers.
