What does it mean when a procurement manager gets no Christmas presents from vendors?

If you are a procurement manager and at Christmas time you get zero  presents from vendors, does that mean you are doing something very right or you are doing something very wrong? ;)

Exactly Right. Because somehow Managers taken under table amount or pass tge materials without proper norms.
