On ethical ground I would say NO.  In corporate world,  please use your own reasonable excuse to say NO diplomatically

Boss is not always right sometimes. Apparently we can be fluctuate but its integrity part better not to involve in such unethical behaviour.

First, we should not accept.

Also,  we should try to explain them about their act.

Most of the time, people are taking it granted as business practice.

If the Boss does not accept, then better to be away from them..

We should live with Integrity.

In such  case I would bring it to the notice of his boss and reach to the next level till I get justification. If everyone is above not having business ethics, I would leave such organisation.

Of course not, I will have a one on one meeting to explain my personal and professional perspective to such event and ask him to correct the situation, otherwise I will report him.

Balancing between "loyalty" & "professional ethical practices" between managers, supervisors & their employees or surbordinates is one of rising challanges in the business world today. A manager expects their surbordinates to be loyal & committed to them, this could be a result of unethical behavior of the manager or sometimes a test managers avail to their surbordinates. Its a difficult & critical moment to deal with but i would stand my grand not get involved in such activities. Thanx for the invitation

Never ! I will say No in a diplomatic way, i will convince my manager why no. To be a loyal to your organisation means you are loyal t your manager too. and vice versa.

Nope, a boss is a boss however we have to keep our individuality if it does not feel right to do it or against  my beliefs or way of life i then can talk myself out of it pretty well.
