Would you rather be a good speaker or a good listener, and why?

I think both are necessary . If i cannot be a good listener i cannot understand my work properly 

and to  speak something person must know what is required to say .

I believe I am mostly listen to provide and make the right answer 

both.because some tym other advice is also necessary which is helpful for our work. i speak well so that i will good communicate to other people.n know about their suggestions.

I would be a good listener because getting information about the things that what we going to talk is important, if we got to know about those things very well so we can talk in good way

one cab be a good listener first, the more you listen the more you can gain the knowledge later you can transfer the all you have when needed. 

I'd rather be a good listener than a good speaker. A good listener listens not only through her ears but by heart and take wisdom from what she heard. And by that, she would be able to know what is to be shared and what is not. Being a good listener, you can become a good speaker.

In Case of giving a presentation or let it be any interaction with either colleague or a senior staff, i have to listen to them first and then put across my perspective.

hence, both are necessary. 

first we have good listening skills,because a good listener is a good speaker.
