How do you see demonetization move of Rs 1000 & 500's notes in India? How will it affect in short term and long term economy?

There is likely to be more money in circulation which will increase inflation which is an economic upheavel. When big currency notes are scraped off for instance; if one (1)1000Rs note is scraped off, someone might need about five (5) 200 Rs notes to have the same amount equivalent to the previous one (1) 1000 Rs note scraped off the market. This means that you will have to carry more money (notes) with you which increases the money in circulation which also increase inflation rates. Sometimes this move coud also cause some currency depreciation problem to the country as the national currency looses value in relation to other currencies like the dollar. Thanx for the invitation
