Employees fights mean weak management , Good manager should catch the side of string in his-her hand and prevent the fights at all from the beginning in the department- organization , and does not wait until happen then discover how to control it !!

The below mentioned points assist you to control the employees violence in the site, 

  • Identify the employees who having leadership(charge in hand or foreman or supervisor)  power in the team.
  • Make a committee with those leaders.
  • Identify the problems the employees are facing.
  • Solve the issues in the site.
  • Provide a pleasant environment to the workers.
  • Provide proper facilities.
  • Make a good relationship with the employees and lead person.
  • Disciplinary  action help to reduce the misbehave in the workplace.
  • Work load should not be more than the capability.
  • Divide the misbehaved employees from the one team to another.
