It is easier than what a lot of people think. It is all about healthy food choices and options available. I highly recommend ordering food that is high in green veggies like kale, spinach, and any other leafy green. Plus, moderate amounts of proteins (fish, chicken, beef, and lamp) and of course eat a lot of healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, grape seed oil, grass-fed butter) . Avoid carbohydrates even the complex ones because they increase your blood sugar and spike insulin and therefore, not to lose weight. There are many great options. You can always enjoy any of your meals out there, but keep in mind the considerations that I already explained.

You can still eat out and lose weight, want is important is the portion sizes that you are eating, making sure you eat high protein and low carbohydrates while drinking plenty of water.

Look if you can at the basic of the meal and determine if its fits into high protein meal.
