Room temperature will increase due to outside hot  air ,hot air outside try to come inside ie ambient temp  and compressor will take more time to Normalize it.what we are expecting the temp inside the room, also chances to damaged  the compressor.normally before start the unit we close the door due to compressor load.

The room temperature is the same normal of ambient outside, because, the refrigerator is on position it is not became cool because the capacity of cooling system is enough only inside the compartment of refrigerator which the standard running condition design, and the other source why not cooling , its also the condenser coil that can not discharge the heat because the room is insulated.

The cooling requirement of room is far more than a small refrigerator. so there will bo no cooling effect overall in the room

Also if the compressor of the refrigerator is also in the room then even by opening the door there will be no cooling effect rather it will release more heat in room than cooling created by the compressor due to universal looses.

room temperature will n't change so much cause there is a huge different between thermal load of the room and thermal load of the refrigerator ( the cooling capacity of refrigerator is not sufficient to any room )

system failure as there is a heat generated due to over all heating the temperature will rise a bit but again it depends on the volume of the room if its too big the heat generated will be carried away by the infiltration from the door slots.
