That the process of human resources development is an ongoing process should be included in the annual plans of the institution, leading to increased productivity and attract new experiences and restructuring of the organization to fit into the economic developments accelerated and the points that should be included in the training plans include: - the economic cost and here you must know the expected returns to training- Training should lead to raise workers' skills and acquire new skills

- Develop criteria for measuring performance before and after the training process- Must conform to the content of the training and development with the orientations of the institution and its vision- You must be a comprehensive development process for all workers of all their rank- Development must include in the first place strategies and corporate policies, vision and administrative systems in order to be able to continue in the market-

Ms. Samar here by slas mean service level agreement? If yes, then for recruitment we could go for;

 

1-      # of position filled within stipulated duration.

 

2-      Cost of recruitment must be lower than recruiter cost.

 

3-      # of position filled internally.

 

4-      Induction of internees as per calendar.

 

5-      Deduction in hiring cost.
