The obvious answer is affirmative. Yes, common sense is an essential part to solve the majority of problems. But important is also innovation and imagination. If you can combine these elements then yes, you can solve all problems.

Common sense as the name suggests it is common means everyone knows about it consciously or unconsciously. But, nowadays the common sense is not common that is a different story. But the question is does common sense solve every problem. The answer is " No", the common sense only solves those problem that are general in nature, understandable by human nature and could be easily identified, find the reason behind those issues and solve them. To solve complicated technical issues, you need expert to do that and even complicated relationship issues couldn't be solved through common sense.
Business does not rely on feelings to solve problems, but it may be common sense guide only to the vision of what those around you for the support of others to help them
