A strategic reflection is an approach both analytical and prospective, made of rigor, but also imagination. In order to be effective, it must also be accompanied by a synthesis which checks the coherence of all the hypotheses and which, if necessary, corrects the strategy originally devised for the purpose of optimization. This synthesis constitutes the plan.
