In terms of project management: Things will go wrong no matter how well you planned it.
Unexpected obstacles pop up, expected ones don't.
When they do, panic is not an option (although I think if it helps to have a few moments of "private panic" just to get the emotion out of the way).
We have to think fast, think smart, and most of all act.
The world will keep on turning and will not wait until you're good and ready.
There is no perfect plan.
Decide on a course of action and act on it.
Fine tune it along the way.
