Communication is a two way process, do you agree?

Absolutely! True communication involves two or more parties; a sender and a receiver. By doing this, there will be transmitter; an input and output .  It can only be those things if all the people involved are that way themselves. Otherwise, the one way process will just be perceived as giving out information or just listening -- and not full communication.

Communication is always two ways ways: the encoder (Sender) and the decoder (Receiver). The sender of information encode a message and the receiver decode the message.
