When reviewing the effectiveness of an established team, I consider: 1: Establish the team’s goals and objectives 2: Set up team structure (membership, roles and responsibilities) and processes 3: Establish workplace supports.

the best tools is to update the team with suitable information and courses and give them always the support they need.

Tools and resources needed to develop a team - employee appraisal of each team member where he self appraises his strengths/ weaknesses, key performance indicators and their outcomes; training needs to be mutually agreed between the appraiser and appraised; mentors to be appointed if need be

Other tools can be like " managing conflicts in fair & constructive manner " , " encouraging and supporting team bonding activities " , " recognizing the good work of team members and rewarding the same " , " Providing Training to enhance performance " etc.

The success of the work teams keys:

- Regarded as personal goals and team goals are equally important, taking into account the lack of overlapping personal goals with the team's goals.

- Understanding of the team members to its objectives and commitment to them.

- Work in a relaxed and informal atmosphere and everyone's notice that the individual competition is acceptable.

- Encourage spontaneous participation communications, and acceptance of divergent views.

- The rule of respect and cooperation and build on others' ideas and solutions to win it all.

- Establishing trust place of fear which leads to accept the risk, and the expression of feelings without embarrassment.

- Considered the difference in the opinion of the health labels in order to reach for new ideas and constant search for common ground.

- Improved performance and constantly review the results and the tendency for experimentation.

- The exchange of leadership among the members with the dominance of not allowing any member.

- Decisions by majority and the support of everyone
