What text comparison tool you use?

www.diffchecker.com, but this doesn't ignore whitespaces and new lines, also http://www.textdiff.com/ is good too!

Notepad++ allows you to compare text files. you need to format your text as per the language it belongs to and npp has a plugin to compare multiple open files.
