Every time you want to communicate meaningfully, you should first consider the audience and the goal.

How ever the best communication as per my perception is based on how better listening skills you have because listening is a mark where comminucation starts , The Basic Elements of Effective Communication are as follows:

Talking and communicating clearly are not the same. In order to clearly communicate there must be no room left for misunderstanding. This video-based training course was created to explain the basic elements of communication to ensure our messages are being sent and received as intended.
