Who is good in the Field? 1) Man 2) Women

Both man and woman can be successful depending on overall qualification and experience. However, it is common knowledge that men are generally employed in the field, since they are perceived to be more capable of delivering the performance results, physically endurance for work pressure and overtime is more, can more effectively cooperate with other men in the field, since others in the field are generally men

It depends on the field itself and his/her qualifications for this field.

Field is very narrow term......Both are equally capable provided they have proper education, Good Health, inquisitive mind and hunger for success...... 

Both man and woman can be good. Gender does not matter. It is once competence dedication and commitment are what matters in any field.

Both Can be successful, it depends on Experience, interpersonal skills, pressure tolerance, so the question is how to prepare your employees(both males and females) for field operations .

1) Man are better in the field of course. Specially in Site works where in strong personality is much needed to first of all, be respected and followed. Secondly, negotiation skills where you should kindly intimidate people to be a little persuasive. Traits where men averagely surpass women.

supposing both of them are qualified man is preferred when it comes to field work because of his physical ability to work sometimes manual work , and because he can supervise workers  without restrictions and mix  and deal with them ,because of his more durability to work in  tough weather condition's

men are better in the field because women dont work in the field. so we cannot find out the answer. women are better then men in many things and unless we give women a chance we can never know them. everyone has their key skills and everyone is capable of doing big things.
