Why a manager should behave as a good family man with his staff ?

Thank you for your invite. My strong belief is that employees should be treated as humans rather than machines, then they respond to their particular work situation in a positive way - by increasing individual productivity.

It is the feeling of security and fulfillment of self esteem that inspires people to go to work. It will be astonishing, While salary is important, it is not the only important consideration. employees had more intrinsic motives for working, when there is a family environment at work place and the manager treats all the employees as family member and assumes the role of father, the output of employees is phenomenal and consistent. The most important effect of safe work environment is low man power turn over that is most essential for the stability and credibility of an organisation.     

When a manager behaves as a good family man and with professionalism with his team members he guarantees to have a healthy and fair environment and his team members would feel more dedicated, accountable and professional as well.

By doing this he will able to get more productive team and can create good work environment..

Personally i don't support this kind of behavior. I'll choose leadership, professionalism, honesty and commitment.                            Thank You.
