McAfee ePO is not responding to the signatures/patches. what could be the possibilities?

Possible reason for this scenario is:

Connectivity between McAfee ePO Application and appropriate SQL instance.
Internet/proxy issues between the McAfee ePO server and McAfee cloud repository.
Multiple ePO server tasks in queue

Depends if it is McAfee ePO Cloud or McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator

Will assume it is McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator:

- permission on SQL DB

- connectivity to DB

- persmission to run the patch

- ACL on Firewall

- Bad download of patch, redownload
