we can divide it to 2 things
1- material
2- labour charge
material means :1- concrete price and that depend of wat element u want to cast it sub or super struc. and is it required green concrete or SRC or OPC approxmately it will be around AEd255 if its green concrete
oAed 215 if it SRC for mix 400 kg grade 40 n
also pump charge will be assume 50/m3
2- reinforcement depend of the element u will cast it and also the building itself
but usually we use 100-90 kg/m3 for isolated footing
and for slabs 100-110 kg/m3
180-160 kg/m3 for colomns
3- accessories like binding , nails and curing assume Aed for each
4-labour charge assume it Aed 250 /m3
5-plywood and wood assume it Aed 120/m3
6-scaffolding 15/m2
7- profits around 50-40% of cost
...get the total volume of works with respect to the type of concrete works they are are doing, i,e. slab, foundation, columns, etc. Calculate every forms and scaffolding needed in the constructions, the number of labors required to do the job including supervisors and the equipment which shall be utilized in the process. It must be done in detailed. Provide costs in every estimated labors, forms and scaffolding and equipment. If the total cost, i.e labor+equipment+shutterings+rebars+concrete, are tabulated, divided it with the total volume in order to get the per unit cost. I have no idea how much the cost of Labor, equipment, etc. in UAE - I am in KSA but basically this is the processes.

The prices are different from country to another, but we are using the same way to build the prices as per standard method of measurements.
for concrete, it's different from grade to another and calculated by cubic meter
for rebar, it's different from size to size and wether its coated or not and calculated by Kg.
for shuttering, it's different from element to another (column, footing, beam, slab .. etc.)and calculated by square meter.
for Labor, equipment and profit, they are included in all of the previous prices as per company's standard prices and percentage.
