Next step after identifying risks is to do Qualitative & Quantitave analysis of the identified risks for which performance reports are not required.

In my opinion it would be project scope statement which is the least one that effect not ( e ) and that is very obvious for alot of project managers because identified risks could not been effect by scope statements
