Yes, I do,  but sometimes there are some exceptions

For equality and fairness, men and women should be paid the same amount of wages, as long as they doing the same duties and responsibilities for the future of the company.

yes they should paid equaly, the only difference should be related to experience and skills and job scope & responsibilties. not gender.

of course, all individuals has to be treated and paid equally whether she or he have the same job as long as they work with integrity, efficency and hard work.

Wages are paid irrespective to whoever has done but only for the completion and perfectness efficient work. Men or wonen rather than citizen or expatriates whoever carry out the responsibilities and work has well done is deserved for the full salary charges.

In my own opinion women should be paid more as compare to men. But somehow its all depend on what designation women and men are working.  If men and women are working on the same designation, then nature of the job will be considered as the key role about salary. But on general for the betterment of the bussiness and for the client satisfaction women should be given more opportunities and paid not more just more as compare to men employees.

I think this is one of the oldest and hottest debate ever exists in job market, but if you ask the same question with more clarity, then this question have no importance at all.

How about a question like this: “Should women get paid same as men, for having the same qualifications, same experience, same amount of responsibilities, and fulfilling the same amount of work and hours?”

If someone says no, then he is real stupid, and you better not waste your time arguing with him.

 

And additionally, how can we (men) ever beat them in “being cute” department! NEVER!
