Qualification is important for job or experience/skills is important for job?

well mostly the both things important but experience/skills more important then qualification .

because experience is trained you how to do work. experience motivated you to do any kind of work easily.

both such as the eyes in face . the qualification important to know all aspects of the job and took public information about the job . in other hand experience/skills are to delve deeply into the job.
