Be a good story teller to divert demanding customers attention for convincing sale closure. Be friendly rather than official behavior. Understand customer portfolio, psychology with ur tactics for future business and referrals. Be responsive and attentive all the time even after sale.Tune ur attitude, talks and most important ur body language from customer to customer.

First do Client's RND, known you client then punch him right points at a right time that's the key to convince or agreed him for any deal. More on your image in front of the customer, which you built matters a lot; 90% of the deals will be closed if your prospect knowns you and have some trust on you.
