It also depends upon the content of your blog.
It also depends upon the selection of words, It should not be so complex.
It also depends upon the interest of people. If you are writing blogs related to the topics, the people are interested in, then you can get the involvement of more people.
it's always about " the content " , it has to be good enough to drive them to come back to your blog , also you can use some method to increase loyalty like answering all the questions , respond to their comments and build a strong relationship with your fans , but as i said content comes first
