When i was a fresh candidate, my aim was to have new experience in my field, as i get into job, i learn and earn also and this back by company growth. Once i have enough experience then i look for promotion and recognition which was back by high salary and it was awarded. There was a point once where money was secondary and my ultimate aim is to have further progress in my work and unleash the potential for future growth. All of these stages come and we cross them then I plan to move into new sector to explore myself. As time progress our priorities change and we must carefully take every step in this regard because a wrong step could de-track us from the road to success.
