I think you refer to mark V as control system been produced by GE.
If that the case: every manufacturer has his own control system. Owner for gas turbine on other hand can buy another system like DCS to fully control the gas turbine.

MKV is a best seller with regards to control systems, but it works in exclusive with GE turbines as fas as I know. It was designed with versions that run on MSdos or windows environments.
