2. Identification of time stages of the project to follow up the implementation in order to avoid out of the general time frame of the project and thus carry additional project costs.

3. Identification of weakness Points or the Points incomplete and improved.

4. determine the expected project costs and compare the actual costs and determine the extent of the diffraction.
