Hey, Well, on bayt.com you can improve your knowledge among specialists and meet some real friends.
There is no way to compare Facebook to Bayt.com.

Yes it is!! -Bayt Specialties is entirely focused on business social networks.
-The best platform to meet people sharing the similar work experience and Career Streams.
-The best part is that, you get free & reliable information from the industry experts.
-If you need consultation, you simply ask a question and in minutes someone from the group will reply back.
-Its an amazing tool for jobseekers to stand out from the crowd, as specialties helps to highlight your skills, abilities, industry knowledge etc..

Absolutely agree.

However, voting is very slow. Not everybody in here is willing to vote your answer even if it is a good one, which may result to slow ranking. The odd thing is that you find answers are not that good but are given a vote. I don't know the reason behind this but i think there are folks are still not fully familiar with this feature yet. It is much like an "Accept Answer" button in networking forums.

I hope everyone can vote good answers to help others reach a good rank.

I agree Facebook is just another waste of time ... since i have discovered this section i am so revising all my concepts once again and yes i am certainly checking my emails more often now to see the responses ... its a good idea it helps and give new ideas and information of how to deal with similar situations ...

Spending time on bayt is way better than FB for me, and that is my personal opinion, depends on perceptions.
It's just been like few hours and I am shifting from one question to the other.
Trust me, I love the guy who made the rewarding system, the marketing is well positioned! Addicted for now...
