If you expect a millionaire MD to visit your company for possibility of establishing agreement with your company what would be your preparations ?

i would do and suggest the following:

Have a brief of his/her background.

Give your colleagues a checklist (to dos list), I.e. preparation of premises, meeting room, ensuring a pleasant environment, company profile, presentation (executive summary and a long version with back up), availability of a car in case needed, etc.

Be very well prepared for the content of the discussion.

Find out his food preferences.

Be well dressed, elegant.

Offer him/her a simple small gift representing your country's or company's culture and values.

Welcome and drive him back to the airport (if this will be the case) personally.

And of course, treat him/her like any customer, with respect, and show that you really care for mutual benefit.

I am confident that you will do a great job!

Creation of agenda:1. with whom he would have discussions2. what will be discussed3. When and where4. How much will the meeting-s last5.Thank you letter of phone call after discussion phone call better6. discuss about the future course of actions. Thid agenda is created(needless to say) in cooperation with the interested millionair

First of all the fact that he is going to come at your office is a very strong card for you and your company!

Means that he loves what you are doing or he badly wants you in order to accomplish something bigger!

You have an advantage they want you and you know that.

Secondly, imagine that is your father. How you might treat your father? With love, respect, understanding, sincerely and so on. But you must respect also you , your company and your colleagues. You must have them also in your mind because with you have accomplished all the attractive results for the MD.
