Although CEO or MD do not take part in interview session generally, but they too have expectations from employees even though they meet very often. As generally we all know, but would like to know that extra expectations ? As I am still researching on it.

I agree with the reply of Mr. Divyesh Patel . Because all the CEO or MD look at these qualities in all of their team member from Top to the bottom.
The employee should work and behave for company's benefit and be an effective part of brand building. The employee should look forward towards a long term relation with the company.
