By what means the activity of employees must be directed to achieve the company's organizational goals?

There should be a clear guidelines given to the employee on his scope of work. This is to start with everyone does. But in the long run most of the manger's and employees loose their focus on their roles. By average human nature it is quite a possibility. Hence it is not a one time job description and training given. 

No it is job which needs to be reviewed periodically sometimes with data and many times on inter personal skills of within team, outside with customers, prospects, and with higher management. So we need to stick to the targets given to everyone and keep monitoring and if there is a deviation have to take immediate steps, alternatives and make sure that the target given is not lost in the long run of the operational cycle.
