Divided into Sub modules - AP, AR, INV, REV, Procurrement which are posted to general ledger after each month end.
Everything is calculated automatically by running reports - for e.g p&l , balance sheet
We simply run reports and do reconciliation on Excel
Main reconciliation is done for sub ledgers to genera ledger
