The introduction of ERP in organizations then induces a "normalization" of management process, which is so much expected by organizations to help them lay the groundwork for a international system and to support them in their globalization strategy. What then can be the effects of the standardization induced by ERP on organizations? After trying to illustrate and understand the concept of ERP, we expose the potentialities of "Standardization" of this tool.
