The worst customer service experience was & has always remained the same and worst until today- hostility & rejection at first site.

I have learned & appreciated that we were created differently with diverse personalities, ones personality may bea poison to another's.

I have learned & appreciated that everyone has good days & bad days; you approach someone on their bad day & they will be very hostile or you can approach someone on their good & they humbly & politely respond or collaborate with you.

I have also learned & appreciated that hostility & rejection isn't the end of the road; if you give up easily, the road will automaticaly end there, therefore you gave to fight your way back on the right course of the road & finish up the journey thus bouncig back can be critical or crucial.

Thanx for the invitation

I totally agree with Emmanuel’s comment. Here is a story.

A customer who was a customer service specialist of a Govt organisation was made to wait for long in the delivery reception and the Receptionist was not aware of the situation during the shift change time. Customer become agitated and uttered at Receptionist "Your salaries paid by customer like me! How can you ignore me". Later the customer met me to get his concern addressed after the delivery. By the time the Receptionist complained to Public Prosecution and the customer was behind bar for sometime after the trail. I was taken a back for a while. Rare among the rarest customer service Experience" I had ever come across in my career.

We are in the world wherein we are repeated thought - The Customer is the KING and the Rule No1. Customer is always right. Rule No2. Even if the customer is wrong, revisit rule no1. Local law protected the Receptionist but the customer is lost for ever.
