yes , we all have learned in classrooms which is a best place but it is not sufficient , so we should depend on other learning tools like books, internet, teachers ...etc to be perfect in that language
Actually it's the best place to learn basics of the foreign language and it can really improve your grammar and get you lots of vocabulary but I recommend that you may take a course to improve conversation of that foreign language and that's which can't be effectively learned in classroom.

And you would know first hand and fair reaction on your communcation in particular language.
