Very professional dealing with the market-1.

6- Language: When speaking to customers, it is important to use proper grammar and words the customer will understand.
Tailor your language toward the customer.
Do not use difficult words that the customer might not understand, or technical words specific to the industry you work in.

Harsh tones might give the impression that you are yelling at the customers.

عليه أن يكون صادقا مع عملائه في وصف المنتج الذي بين يديه، فمهما كان لديه من أسلوب رائع وجذاب في طرح المنتج إلا أن الكذب سيقوده إلى الفشل لا محالة.

أن تكون لديه الثقة في منتجه وفي مهامه التسويقيه.
6.
أن لا يكثر الكلام والإســـهاب الممل مع العملاء لإنه بحاجة إلا معرفة رأي العملاء في المنتج ولا يجب أن يكون العميل مستمعا له فقط.
