How important is administration department for companies?

They're the ones who are always on top of things, well informed, organized.  They're dependable, trustworthy, honest.  They know your family, know how you like your coffee and know exactly what to do in almost every single situation, always remaining calm and focused. They're so fab, there's an entire week dedicated to them.

The administration department is responsable for the assistance of all the compnay's departements and responsable for handling all employees affairs beside HRD, represinting the comapny in front of the governmental athurities.

Administration , whether it is Personnel, Office, Project, Contract. All are basic functionalities which is must required for a company to maintain a good business aspects, relation ship, discipline, reputation which all are important for an organisation to run their business.
