Strong internal control can only be possible if the managment is able to gain confidence of the team players and for that due attention to the individual skills and expertise of every team member has to be considered by the management and accordingly the task should be assign to each of the team player. Likewise some team member are effective in making sales because of good communication skills and others have better analytical skills.

Every organisation has set controls in place as mitigants to loss and it is important that as the team is being coached, they are made aware of them and operate within the set guidelines of the organisation to avoid losses, failure to which punitive measures would apply to the non compliant team members.
