Typically in Negotiation, we try to get the first bid from the partner (opponent). But as a hypothetical modern style, it is better to be pioneer i.e. showing your card first. What's your opinion?

Have had that type of moments several times. But it was the best feeling when I received the Excellence Service Award from the Owner in years Celebration of my Previous company. Thats was the real recognition of all my performances in my Job.
