Hello Mr. Abdullateef,

1.Sales executive is measured by his talent to learn and act, if he acts on his/ her training than they passes in first task

2. Measuring his future goal: How passionate they are to achieve their future goal, because people tends to loose their goal once they get into trouble/difficulty .

3. Active participation: check weather he believes in product of company if not than he is of no use to the company.
