I think you should start by the word I "believe"

Then you mention the value that you gonna add to the institution

and finally the benefit thats will came after hiring you. 

For example:

 

"I believe that I can work on you system to make it ten times faster, that will low the cost on you and make you able to deal with more clients".

Because you are looking for a potential employee... So you deserve me

I am working in the same profile and I have experience in handling customer and I am able to deliver the service. I am practicing since 2 years but if the job opportunity is given to me than I can build and learn the different know how in this area. I am hard working professional and I can deliver the work as desired by my future employer.
